The Q4 e-tron Sportback’s standard 235/50R20 front tires provide better handling because they have a lower 50 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Cayenne Coupe’s standard 55 series front tires.

The Q4 e-tron Sportback’s front to rear weight distribution is more even (49% to 51%) than the Cayenne Coupe’s (56.8% to 43.2%). This gives the Q4 e-tron Sportback more stable handling and braking.

The design of the Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback amounts to more than styling. The Q4 e-tron Sportback has an aerodynamic coefficient of drag of .3 Cd. That is significantly lower than the Cayenne Coupe (.34 to .35) and many sports cars. A more efficient exterior helps keep the interior quieter and helps the Q4 e-tron Sportback get better fuel mileage.

The Q4 e-tron Sportback has .3 inches more front headroom and .1 inches more front legroom than the Cayenne Coupe.

The Q4 e-tron Sportback has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat up than the Cayenne Coupe with its rear seat up (26.1 vs. 20.9 cubic feet). The Q4 e-tron Sportback has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat folded than the Cayenne Coupe with its rear seat folded (54.4 vs. 53 cubic feet).

The Q4 e-tron Sportback has a standard remote vehicle starting system, so the vehicle can be started from inside the driver's house. This allows the driver to comfortably warm up the engine before going out to the vehicle. The climate system will also automatically heat or cool the interior. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer a remote starting system.

If the windows are left open on the Q4 e-tron Sportback the driver can close all of them at the outside door handle or from a distance using the remote. On a hot day the driver can lower the windows from a distance using the keyless remote. The driver of the Cayenne Coupe can only operate the windows from inside the vehicle, with the ignition on.

To shield the driver and front passenger’s vision over a larger portion of the windshield and side windows, the Q4 e-tron Sportback has standard extendable sun visors. The Cayenne Coupe doesn’t offer extendable visors.
